I really like HTeaO, but unfortunately, this location has been disappointing. Every time we visit, the staff doesn’t seem very friendly or welcoming. When we’re filling multiple gallons of water, no one offers to help carry them out. Other HTeaO locations have carts available, which makes a big difference. I’ve actually stopped getting my daily tea from this location because of the customer service. I hope management will work with the staff on being a little more welcoming. I’d also recommend giving the bathrooms a little more attention, as they haven’t been very clean during our visits. I’m hoping to see some improvement because I really do love HTeaO! 😊

I absolutely love HTeaO for their array of different teas! I really like the fact that there are unsweetened teas available, especially since I can't have all that sugar that is in a sweet tea ( I miss sweet tea!) But what I do like they are able to mix sweet and unsweet teased together to get that perfect sweetness. I now get the unsweetened tea and I really enjoy it!

I love how you can sample teas. I have my favorites. So I now only drink a few. Unfortunately their Georgia peach is not that good. I'll take Liptons peach anyway. But the blueberry green tea is amazing! I also like hoe they have no sugar ones. So I'm not ending up with diabetes, I do half sweet half unsweetened. Love it!

This is my favorite HTeaO location! The tea is consistently made and is always great. I’ve never had a bad experience here! My online orders are always ready when I arrive , but my favorite thing is to go inside and try the new teas. THIS is my go to place for tea.

Have always had good services and good tea at this location but today I was shocked. Ordered a large hot TX Chai tea latte, online, ok it was almost closing time and 3 cars ahead of me but when we opened it after pulling out found it to be luke warm and not even a full cup. So, everyone, check your order before you leave the parking lot, especially close to closing time!
